The Condo is in a great location! Not a far walk to the beach. The place was very clean! Made you feel right at home. Dan goes above and beyond to make sure everything is good with the condo .

I am in the service industry as a mortgage lender in the Myrtle Beach area. I was totally impressed with Dan in his constant checking up with us about how our stay could be made better. His condo was clean and well-maintained in his service a second to none. If you are going to Anne-Marie Island, you must book through Dan. He is absolutely the best I’ve seen in 50 years.

It was a very nice stay! Dan was always available when needed! Place was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Beds were very comfortable! Light was able to get through the main bedroom which made sleeping difficult.. also there was a light outside that was on all night that filtered into the room! Access to everything was such a plus! Anything you needed was a walk away. Definitely needed an umbrella which wasn’t available for us. I didn’t want to pay 50.00$ for one. Overall it was a

Our stay at the condo was great! Fantastic location with a short walk across the street to a gorgeous beach that was never crowded!  The heated pool and pickleball courts were a major plus! The interior was very nicely updated, comfy and clean. The pantry had some starter cooking supplies which was helpful and there was a closet filled with beach chairs, beach cart etc etc.  we would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Florida Condo. The condo had all of the amenities we needed for our week stay and the hosts were exceptional with communication. The location was really ideal; it is walkable to the beach (and the hosts had a wagon and beach chairs to use) and  was a central location to Bridge Street and north AMI for eating, shopping, and exploring. We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again ourselves. Thanks for a great stay!

The 4 of us have been on many vacations together, but this is the first time we decided to do a "beach" destination.  We cannot say enough good things about all of the beach amenities provided by Dan at the condo, exclusively for our use.  He thought of everything, making the value of our stay even more so because we didn't have to buy extras just to enjoy the beach.  We spent every day at the beach, and did so comfortably.  And, the location of our condo relative to the private beach access was a very short walk, easy, and convenient.  Dan was proactive with the information we needed for check-in and check-out, plus, if we did have a question, we received an answer quickly.  A vacationer could not ask for more when it comes to this host.
