In the meantime, many guests are enjoying The Patio — a sunny gathering spot in our complex with tables shaded by umbrellas, comfortable beach loungers, and a nearby Weber grill. It’s a favorite for unwinding after a day at the beach, especially during happy hour when friendly conversations and Gulf breezes set the tone. Once the restoration is complete, you can look forward to upgraded equipment, a fresh new look, and even more comfort for your next visit.

Highly recommended! Our stay was wonderful and everything that we needed was supplied. Dan let us know early of an issue with the stove and continued to be very helpful throughout our stay. We are sold on Dan's condos and will continue to book his sites specifically. 😀 This condo was very spacious and comfortable. It was close to multiple beaches and shops and restaurants perfect fit
Our stay at Dan's 2 bedroom condo/Anna Maria Island was great. I have been coming to AMI since the 80's and have stayed at Runaway Bay a handful of times but this was the first time staying at Dan's condo. My family and I loved it. The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed for our family and more (lots of beach supplies).
Dan is a wonderful host and great communicator.
This would definitely be a five star rating based on his condo..but we were a little disappointed with pool closing at 8pm. In the past it has been open later and kids always enjoyed swimming in the eve. Us adults enjoyed gathering by the pool at night and relaxing...this wasn't the case this year which was kind of a bummer but we it didn't ruin our stay and we just spent more time on the beach.
AMI is a beautiful island...which one day we hope to be residents of..we will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Dan's condo if you come to visit here too!

Recommended! Well Maintained! Great!!
One bedroom is excellent. Great location. Listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities We have stayed at Runaway Bay once before. Condo is well equipped and attractively decorated. Excellent for couple. Dan is a pleasure to work with and will get back to you immediately with any concerns or needs. Most recommended!
