Dan’s condo was exactly as described. This was our first time on the island and it did not disappoint.  Although the clubhouse is still under renovation, the pool area was great!  Location to the beach was very convenient. The condo is adorable and was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!!

Where to even begin? First of all the host, super responsive when I had questions, knowledgeable about the area, and proactively engaging without being bothersome. The location on Ani Maria was perfect for visiting the north or south ends of the island, the gulf side or the bay side. The condo itself was spacious and bright and that had considered so many small touches which was very helpful considering I was staying for an extended period of time. The kitchen was great for preparing my own meals. I plan to be back on the island again soon and will definitely choose Dan’s Condos again. Overall great experience!

Our stay was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious, exactly as pictured and well equipped with supplies for inside the condo and the beach (wagon, towels, chairs, coolers, etc.).  The location was another positive for us as it is conveniently located by the pool and a short walk to the beach.  A few first floor units are still undergoing some renovations but we did not notice any noise.  The complex is also lovely, and everyone was very friendly.  Dan is fantastic at proactively communicating all information and readily accessible if needed. You can tell he is dedicated to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved staying here and would highly recommend!

Dan was just a quick text away if you needed anything ,the condo is amazing, so clean and fully equipped with everything you need  ,the beds were so comfortable with lovely cotton sheets just couldn't fault a thing,we spent a few lazy mornings sitting on the deck with a coffee watching the fish jumping in the bay, wonderful holiday, thank you Dan ,we will be back .

Runaway Bay is a perfect location on AMI and Four Palms was absolutely gorgeous. The condo was so clean and well taken care of. We had a wonderful stay! Dan was an outstanding host, with communication that was quick, clear, and extremely helpful from booking right through to our checkout. We were even able to meet Dan when we checked in to be sure everything was as expected. Dan’s commitment to his guest’s comfort is evident with his attention to detail in the furnishings in the condo and we felt right at home during our entire stay. This condo will be on repeat for us, for sure. We highly recommend Dan’s Florida Condos to any future guests!

Extremely informative on local restaurants and things to do when I asked. Dan was a true gem. Very nice condo and beautiful area. We cannot wait to come back. The condo was great. AMI is still recovering a bit from the last couple of hurricanes, but the island is busy and pretty much back to its normal operating state. Most of the first floor units at the complex are still under "reconstruction" so there were very few people at the complex which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. The construction activity took place while we were at the beach. The condo itself is beautiful - very open and bright and EXTREMELY well-stocked. Pretty much anything you can think of to bring - it was already there. The storage closet had plenty of chairs, a canopy to sit under at the beach, coolers, and a great beach wagon. It even had a couple of tennis racquets. Inside there was everything you need in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom and plenty of blankets and towels (even a blow up air mattress). Dan was very communicative - proactive and answered questions quickly. Overall a great experience and we would be happy to book with him again!
