Both of Dans Florida Condos are located directly across the street from the beach. We offer two deeded access points to the Private Beaches for your family’s enjoyment. You’ll find the north access point the safest for crossing as there is a traffic signaled crosswalk for your convenience.
If you are looking to socialize a bit more, you are a free trolley ride away from two of Anna Maria Island’s most popular beaches.

Freshly resurfaced courts with new fencing — perfect for a friendly game or tournament bragging rights. And our restored fishing/observation pier is back too: the ideal spot for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, or casting a line with the kids.
🏊 Pool – Reopening THIS Month!
Our heated saltwater pool is in its final phase of upgrades and set to reopen in October 2025. In the meantime, guests love “The Patio” — complete with umbrellas, loungers, and a Weber grill. It’s a lively gathering place for afternoon sun or happy-hour mingling with Gulf breezes.

Our family had a great stay. Condo had everything we needed and more. Beach was just across the street and we loved walking over for sunsets every night. There were plenty of beach toys, wagon, floats, etc. The mattresses on both beds were great. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, tons of towels (bath and pool). It was a great week stay and we will definitely be back!! This was our first time in Anna Maria Island. This condo was a perfect size and nice that it was ground level, no stairs to climb! Quiet complex, and great location to beach(across the street). Pictures were accurate. Daniel is a great host! He was very quick to answer any questions and very helpful! This was our first trip to Anna Maria and Dan made it such an enjoyable experience!
