The crown jewel of the community is officially back and better than ever. Our beautifully refreshed, heated saltwater pool is fully open and ready to enjoy. Whether you’re floating under the palms, soaking up the Florida sun, or gathering with friends on the pool deck, this is once again the heart of Runaway Bay.
Looking for a quieter place to unwind? “The Patio” remains a guest favorite, featuring comfortable seating, shaded umbrellas, and a Weber grill for easy island cookouts. Perfect for lazy afternoons or sunset cocktails with a Gulf breeze. 🌞🍹

Our condo was perfectly located for beach walks every morning, putt-putt playing in the afternoons, and wonderful dinner options (within walking distance) most evenings. Dan was very communicative and gave several great recommendations. While in the condo, we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay away from home experience. Brittany

Our stay was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious, exactly as pictured and well equipped with supplies for inside the condo and the beach (wagon, towels, chairs, coolers, etc.). The location was another positive for us as it is conveniently located by the pool and a short walk to the beach. A few first floor units are still undergoing some renovations but we did not notice any noise. The complex is also lovely, and everyone was very friendly. Dan is fantastic at proactively communicating all information and readily accessible if needed. You can tell he is dedicated to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved staying here and would highly recommend! Muy lindo departamento, muy bien equipado, vajilla impecable, carrito para la playa muy completo con sillas y gazebo incluido. Igual a las fotos, Daniel siempre bien predispuesto, respondió muy rápido cuando le hacíamos alguna pregunta. Recomiendo 100% este lugar. The condo was great. AMI is still recovering a bit from the last couple of hurricanes, but the island is busy and pretty much back to its normal operating state. Most of the first floor units at the complex are still under "reconstruction" so there were very few people at the complex which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. The construction activity took place while we were at the beach. <br/>The condo itself is beautiful - very open and bright and EXTREMELY well-stocked. Pretty much anything you can think of to bring - it was already there. The storage closet had plenty of chairs, a canopy to sit under at the beach, coolers, and a great beach wagon. It even had a couple of tennis racquets. <br/>Inside there was everything you need in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom and plenty of blankets and towels (even a blow up air mattress). <br/>Dan was very communicative - proactive and answered questions quickly. Overall a great experience and we would be happy to book with him again!
