This isn’t just any pool… it’s the largest heated saltwater pool on Anna Maria Island, and a true gem of our community. Heated year-round and nestled in the heart of the property, it has long been the backdrop for sun-soaked family fun, friendly conversations with neighbors, and memorable vacation moments.

A Community-Led Comeback

Mother Nature dealt a tough hand last hurricane season, leaving behind sand, sludge, and damage to the pool’s structure and systems. From what we’ve observed and heard from fellow owners we’re seeing a remarkable progress back to normal.

Here’s what’s been happening behind the scenes:

• A full interior demo of the pool’s floor and sidewalls is now underway.
• Brand-new pump, filter, and solar heating systems are on order and soon to be installed.
• The rehab follows our 2023 non-slip paver upgrades, making safety and aesthetics top priorities.
• And yes—our iconic poolside loungers have been preserved and are ready for action!
