Muy lindo departamento, muy bien equipado, vajilla impecable, carrito para la playa muy completo con sillas y gazebo incluido. Igual a las fotos, Daniel siempre bien predispuesto, respondió muy rápido cuando le hacíamos alguna pregunta. Recomiendo 100% este lugar.

The condo was great.  AMI is still recovering a bit from the last couple of hurricanes, but the island is busy and pretty much back to its normal operating state.  Most of the first floor units at the complex are still under "reconstruction" so there were very few people at the complex which made for a quiet and peaceful stay.  The construction activity took place while we were at the beach. <br/>The condo itself is beautiful - very open and bright and EXTREMELY well-stocked.  Pretty much anything you can think of to bring - it was already there. The storage closet had plenty of chairs, a canopy to sit under at the beach, coolers, and a great beach wagon.  It even had a couple of tennis racquets. <br/>Inside there was everything you need in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom and plenty of blankets and towels (even a blow up air mattress). <br/>Dan was very communicative - proactive and answered questions quickly. Overall a great experience and we would be happy to book with him again!

Daniel was great with responding to any message. There was unexpected construction in our area and he was quick to offer to move us to another unit, but it was our last day so wouldn't have been worth it (but greatly appreciated the offer). Was a great place for our spring break!

My family and I decided to do a last minute getaway. Daniel's condo was absolutely amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed! There were extra amenities such as having enough garbage bags and dishwasher tabs for the entire week...most places only give you enough for a few days! Our bed slept amazing! I am particular about pillows and mattresses when we go on vacation, but I must say he put extra effort and money into both! The bathrooms were spotless and extremely clean. If we had a question about what restaurants to dine at, he immediately got back to us. He always made sure that we were having a great time and we all know, a host doesn't have to do this. By the time we left, my husband and I felt like we had made a lifelong friend! The balcony had a beautiful view of the bay and we saw dolphins while we were sitting and enjoying our coffee. The beach is a quick walk as well! Very accessible! Daniel has everything you need for a trip to the beach! We will definitely be back!!

Runaway Bay Getaway
We had a great time!  The room with view of the bay had amazing sunrises each morning except for one rainy day.   Walk to beach wasn’t bad.  Our host was very accommodating and gave us a later than usual check out, giving us a bit more beach time!  We love AMI and hope everything gets back to normal asap!!  The area has been thru a lot.

Highly recommended! Our stay was wonderful and everything that we needed was supplied. Dan let us know early of an issue with the stove and continued to be very helpful throughout our stay. We are sold on Dan's condos and will continue to book his sites specifically. 😀
