Pasamos unos días muy cómodos en el apartamento. El equipamiento es muy completo y todo funciona a la perfección. Se nota que está muy cuidado. Hemos dejado una pelota de fútbol para completar el kit de playa.

First time at Bradenton and it was very nice. We aren’t used to it being so hot and that sun 🥵. But it was nice to have all the beach things at the place so we didn’t have to pack them. We were very comfortable and felt at home. Communication was amazing and very responsive.

The condo was beautiful. Everything seemed new from the furniture to the appliances to the bath towels. It was so convenient to walk to the beach and the provided beach chairs were newer as well. The description said that there was a new king size bed in the master bedroom but it was a queen. Other than that it was just as described and we would definitely stay there again.

It was our first time to the island, and this condo was a great home base for spring break! The rental is newly updated and spotless, and the location was perfect — just across the street from the beach. We made good use of the pickleball courts, the grill, and the condo’s collection of beach chairs and beach gear. Dan was extremely communicative, providing quick recommendations for bike rentals and restaurants and even texting us to let us know the condo was ready a few hours early if we wanted to take advantage of an early check-in. Highly recommend.
