We have been staying at different condos on this property for decades and this was the best one yet. Full size beds in the second bedroom, new appliances in the kitchen, well-stocked beach supplies. This property has it all!

We come to AMI several times a year and have stayed all over. This condo was phenomenal! It was beautiful, tastefully decorated, fully stocked and squeaky clean! Everything we needed was on site. It is on the ground floor and just a short walk through the parking lot and across the street to the beach! Dan was a gracious host and extremely responsive to any questions I had. We had a wonderful trip and HIGHLY recommend!!

It was a very nice stay!
Dan was always available when needed!
Place was clean and ready for us when we arrived!
Beds were very comfortable!
Light was able to get through the main bedroom which made sleeping difficult.. also there was a light outside that was on all night that filtered into the room!
Access to everything was such a plus!
Anything you needed was a walk away.
Definitely needed an umbrella which wasn’t available for us. I didn’t want to pay 50.00$ for one.

We just wrapped up our stay at this condo, and I’m convinced it may have quietly ruined all future vacations for us—because now our standards are unrealistically high.
First off, the place was so clean I briefly considered whether we were the first humans allowed inside. Not a speck of dust, not a crumb—honestly, I felt a little guilty existing in it. The décor struck that perfect balance between “stylish beach getaway” and “I could absolutely live here and tell people I’ve made it in life.”
The kitchen? Fully stocked. I opened cabinets expecting maybe one lonely pan and instead found everything short of a personal chef (though I did check twice, just in case). The bed was so comfortable that I’m now questioning my life choices and considering replacing mine at home immediately.
The location was perfect—close enough to everything we wanted, yet peaceful enough that we could pretend we were much more relaxed and put-together than we actually were. From sunrise to sunset was perfect!
