This beautiful condo is putting the final finishing touches on a top-to-bottom renovation and will be ready to welcome guests beginning mid-January 2026. Following last year’s storms, the space was fully gutted and thoughtfully rebuilt from the ground up, featuring fresh finishes, modern comforts, and the coastal charm our guests know and love.

The crown jewel of the community is officially back and better than ever. Our beautifully refreshed, heated saltwater pool is fully open and ready to enjoy. Whether you’re floating under the palms, soaking up the Florida sun, or gathering with friends on the pool deck, this is once again the heart of Runaway Bay.
Looking for a quieter place to unwind? “The Patio” remains a guest favorite, featuring comfortable seating, shaded umbrellas, and a Weber grill for easy island cookouts. Perfect for lazy afternoons or sunset cocktails with a Gulf breeze. 🌞🍹
