Our stay at the condo was great! Fantastic location with a short walk across the street to a gorgeous beach that was never crowded!  The heated pool and pickleball courts were a major plus! The interior was very nicely updated, comfy and clean. The pantry had some starter cooking supplies which was helpful and there was a closet filled with beach chairs, beach cart etc etc.  we would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Florida Condo. The condo had all of the amenities we needed for our week stay and the hosts were exceptional with communication. The location was really ideal; it is walkable to the beach (and the hosts had a wagon and beach chairs to use) and  was a central location to Bridge Street and north AMI for eating, shopping, and exploring. We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again ourselves. Thanks for a great stay!

The 4 of us have been on many vacations together, but this is the first time we decided to do a "beach" destination.  We cannot say enough good things about all of the beach amenities provided by Dan at the condo, exclusively for our use.  He thought of everything, making the value of our stay even more so because we didn't have to buy extras just to enjoy the beach.  We spent every day at the beach, and did so comfortably.  And, the location of our condo relative to the private beach access was a very short walk, easy, and convenient.  Dan was proactive with the information we needed for check-in and check-out, plus, if we did have a question, we received an answer quickly.  A vacationer could not ask for more when it comes to this host.

We just wrapped up our stay at this condo, and I’m convinced it may have quietly ruined all future vacations for us—because now our standards are unrealistically high.<br/>First off, the place was so clean I briefly considered whether we were the first humans allowed inside. Not a speck of dust, not a crumb—honestly, I felt a little guilty existing in it. The décor struck that perfect balance between “stylish beach getaway” and “I could absolutely live here and tell people I’ve made it in life.”<br/>The kitchen? Fully stocked. I opened cabinets expecting maybe one lonely pan and instead found everything short of a personal chef (though I did check twice, just in case). The bed was so comfortable that I’m now questioning my life choices and considering replacing mine at home immediately.<br/>The location was perfect—close enough to everything we wanted, yet peaceful enough that we could pretend we were much more relaxed and put-together than we actually were. From sunrise to sunset was perfect!

It was our first time to the island, and this condo was a great home base for spring break! The rental is newly updated and spotless, and the location was perfect — just across the street from the beach. We made good use of the pickleball courts, the grill, and the condo’s collection of beach chairs and  beach gear. Dan was extremely communicative, providing quick recommendations for bike rentals and restaurants and even texting us to let us know the condo was ready a few hours early if we wanted to take advantage of an early check-in. Highly recommend.
