Delighted with Dan's service—he was always attentive. 100% recommended if you're looking for a getaway to Anna Maria Island. We will definitely return to this pleasant little apartment; it’s just steps from the beach with lovely views, and best of all, it offers the tranquility many of us seek when escaping the noise of the city.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but this felt like the time. I have stayed all over the world in Airbnb’s and this was one of my top stays to date for several reasons. Dan is so quick to respond to every question, I was shocked. The room was above and beyond my expectations. In my opinion, the bay is a much better view than the beach! We saw boats, manatee, fish and more right outside our window. Flying in from Ohio, we didn’t have a lot for the beach and were so excited to discover a closet full of everything you would ever need for a perfect beach day. We didn’t even get to use it all. The beds were comfortable and every room had a TV for end of  the evening lounging. The pool was great, the walk to the beach was short and I will stay here again if I end up visiting the island in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and recently renovated with a modern and fresh design.<br/>The pool was a great addition and provided a perfect place to relax after spending time at the beach. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, making it very convenient. We also enjoyed having access to the grill, which allowed us to cook and enjoy meals outdoors.<br/>The host was outstanding throughout our stay. He was always ready to help, responded quickly to every message, and was available even late at night whenever we had questions. His responsiveness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.<br/>We highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we can’t wait to go back! It was centrally located on the island so no matter what end you wanted to go to, it was just a few minutes away! The best part was it was right across the street from the beach, so there was no need to stress about parking as it can be limited on the island. The unit was very clean and had everything we could have needed! There were even fans in the closets if needed, on top of having ceiling fans in every room! The owner was always very responsive if I had to ask a question. We loved the custom door code, it made it super easy to remember. The beds were super comfy! The screened in back porch was perfect for unwinding after a long day! The pool was nice and we like that it wasn’t “overly monitored” like other condos we have stayed at in the past. I honestly can’t think of one thing that could’ve made our stay here any better! They even allowed us to check in a little early because the cleaners  got finished with it early.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Runaway Bay . It was clean and had everything we needed for the beach in the balcony closet. The beds were super comfortable with fresh linens. The bathrooms were stocked with fresh towels and wash clothes. We will be sure to do business with Dan the host in the future. Thanks again .

Thank you Dan for a great stay! It’s our second year at AMI and it was perfect. Dan was quick to help us get in even when it was super late on our arrival.<br/>Having the wagon, chairs, and stuff for outside was perfect! We saw Dolphins almost daily, manatees, and a sting ray.  The sound view for the sunrise was breathtaking.

Great location and easy walk to the beach. The view of the bay off the balcony was beautiful. We saw some dolphins plus tons of jumping mackerel. Would stay again!
