Condo was beautifully redone after the storm. Extras we've never had in other units (enough laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash). Very comfortable.

The condo looks just as described and shown in pictures. The location is very central to Publix, restaurants and beach/souvenir shops on the island, and the private beach access across the street was fantastic!!! Dan was very quick to respond to all communication. We had a couple minor concerns, and Dan was very responsive and accommodating!! I would highly recommend staying at Dan’s condos!!

The condo is light, airy, and spacious. All the equipment we needed in the kitchen made things super easy for making meals for our family. Loved the condo community for our family. Our children were able to connect with other kids their ages and play around the condominium, riding bikes, swimming in the pool, and catching lizards! ❤️ Dan was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful in meeting all the needs we had while in the condo. We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for the last 10 years and this topped the experiences that we have had with other rentals on the island. Highly recommend !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Runaway Bay. Dan’s Florida Condos was so responsive to all of my questions before during and after our trip. “After” you may ask, an Amazon’s package was delivered to our condo after we had checked out and they are going to mail it to us. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great place to stay! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and this unit was right next to the pool. With 3 kids all under 9 years old this was an amazing feature. It had everything we could need!
