The condo was very nice. Dealing with Dan’s condo was easy. Location was perfect. We had a great time.

This condo was one of the best we have stayed in!  Where to start? The view off the back deck of Sarasota bay was beautiful and the bay was full of wildlife - manatees, dolphins, egrets and more.  We joked that we had our own private dolphin show at about 7:15 every night!  There was nothing overlooked in the accommodations - clean, as described, reclining couches etc.  Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook any meals if you so choose.  Location was great, walk to beach and trolly.  Community pool is large salt water and heated.  Five Star Place!

We enjoyed our stay at Runaway Bay. The pool was very nice, great temperature. There was construction being done on other side of pool and workout room, but we didn't encounter any issues with it since it wasn't an all day event. The back dock was beautiful and peaceful, great place to read a book. Condo was well furnished and has everything you need. Dan's Florida Condos was easy to work with and responded quickly answering any questions. Very nice location. We'll be back.

The Condo is in a great location! Not a far walk to the beach. The place was very clean! Made you feel right at home. Dan goes above and beyond to make sure everything is good with the condo .

I am in the service industry as a mortgage lender in the Myrtle Beach area. I was totally impressed with Dan in his constant checking up with us about how our stay could be made better. His condo was clean and well-maintained in his service a second to none. If you are going to Anne-Marie Island, you must book through Dan. He is absolutely the best I’ve seen in 50 years.

It was a very nice stay! Dan was always available when needed! Place was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Beds were very comfortable! Light was able to get through the main bedroom which made sleeping difficult.. also there was a light outside that was on all night that filtered into the room! Access to everything was such a plus! Anything you needed was a walk away. Definitely needed an umbrella which wasn’t available for us. I didn’t want to pay 50.00$ for one. Overall it was a

Our stay at the condo was great! Fantastic location with a short walk across the street to a gorgeous beach that was never crowded!  The heated pool and pickleball courts were a major plus! The interior was very nicely updated, comfy and clean. The pantry had some starter cooking supplies which was helpful and there was a closet filled with beach chairs, beach cart etc etc.  we would definitely stay again
