The location offered excellent beach access, complete with a wagon, chairs, a Nija tent, and coolers stocked with blue ice packs in the freezer. Getting to the beach was effortless, allowing you to fully relax, soak up the experience, and stay as long as you wanted without any hassle. It also had a fantastic spot on Anna Maria Island, with great restaurants nearby and a Publix just down the street, making the entire stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

Fantastic stay. Perfect for a home from home family holiday. Everything we needed was provided, together with additional and thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable and easy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. <br/>Loads of towels, including beach towels and all the beach equipment you need. I highly recommend and I hope to be returning again with family in the future.

The best thing about this condo, and more specifically, Dan was that he did everything he could to find a place that would fit our needs.  My family had originally chosen his second floor condo at Runaway Bay but I was afraid that there were too many steps for my parents.  I questioned him to see if there was another place and he immediately came back with Dolphin Bay.  It was fantastic - clean, beautifully decorated, and the view of the bay was great.  Dan saw me at the complex one afternoon, introduced himself and made sure that there was nothing that I needed.  He was responsive and positive each time we spoke.

Immaculate condo in a great location. The condo was everything that was advertised and more.

We booked this place on short notice and it did not disappoint!!! The condo was just as described and was one of the most well stocked Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. They truly thought of every necessity you need while on vacation. Extra outlets and USB chargers everywhere. A box fan, 3 hair dryers, extra blankets and beach towels. Very well stocked kitchen including ziplock bags, aluminum foil, seasonings and things like that. The best part was the beach closet with 5 chairs, beach wagon, floaties, toys, coolers and more. Dan was also the best host and his communication and helpfulness is top notch. Highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

We enjoyed a great week at the condo, the water views and walk out to the fishing dock were fantastic! Furnishings are modern and beautiful, kitchen had everythign you could possibly need. Dan as a host was very communicative and when we had a minor issue, he responded immediately and sent someone over to take care of it. Nice quiet and peaceful space and quick walk to the beach. We will be back!

We loved the condo at Runaway Bay.  We had the gulf view feet away from the balcony and enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunrises right from the balcony. The beach was very nice, not crowded and only a 5 minute walk from the condo. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and the host was very responsive and easy to talk to. We will surely consider staying in the same place.

Everything was extremely nice, beautiful, and clean. We just wished the pool had a bigger kiddie side. it goes from 3+/- feet to 5 feet quickly. This is out of Dan's control but would have been nice to have known.<br/>We would stay again for sure. They have everything you needed provided. There is no need to do anything except pack your clothes and go to the grocery store to stock the fridge. Literally everything else is provided.<br/>Thanks again for everything!
