Great location and easy walk to the beach. The view of the bay off the balcony was beautiful. We saw some dolphins plus tons of jumping mackerel. Would stay again!

The condo was beautiful. Everything seemed new from the furniture to the appliances to the bath towels. It was so convenient to walk to the beach and the provided beach chairs were newer as well. The description said that there was a new king size bed in the master bedroom but it was a queen. Other than that it was just as described and we would definitely stay there again.

One of the best units we’ve stayed in in all of Florida.  Everything you needed was in the kitchen or one of the closets.  They even added an ironing board promptly when we asked.  The location is less than 10 minutes from the beach, and several good restaurants close by.  Great TV set up with lots of options.  We loved this place and plan to return.

This was a wonderful stay. I spent 15 days here on my own and felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment was very clean, quiet, beautifully maintained and had a relaxed, modern atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully equipped, from the kitchen to the comfortable bed, lovely bedding and the beautiful water view. The location is exceptional. The beach is only about a four minute walk away, and restaurants and a supermarket are close by, while the apartment itself still feels peaceful and calm. The sunrises were beautiful. I also really appreciated the beach equipment, including comfortable chairs and a beach cart. When the cart broke, Dan immediately provided a new one. Dan is a perfect host. He always responded quickly, was friendly, helpful and completely reliable. The apartment is perfectly set up, and my favorite spot was the rocking chair style armchair. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay at Dans Condo at Runaway Bay!!! Although the grounds and some facilities being still fixed after big storms last year the inside of condo and pool area and beach access was wonderful!!!! May is a great time to be there in general! Dan was extremely responsive and patient and his operations guy Mike was awesome!! Inside the unit was great and up to my standards I will return next year for sure!!! The blue waters on the Gulf of MEXICO were gorgeous as well. Easy access to beach 4 minute walk across the street and a great pool area close to condo. See you next May Dan!!!

Had a wonderful week at this recently updated condo. All the amenities you could possibly ask for, plus more!  Beds, pillows and linens were amazing! Very clean and walking distance to the beach. The large heated pool was awesome as well!

This was our second year at AMI but our first year with Dan! We would absolutely recommend this unit to family and friends. The condo is set in a great location; easy walk to the bay, the beach, Bridge Street, and/or the community pool. The condo had everything we needed for the week as far as cooking supplies, bath towels, beach towels, sand toys, and more. The beach equipment itself was starting to rust and difficult to use, but was still nice to have access to! Dan was very friendly and responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. A huge bonus was having a custom entry code, making it easy to remember; nothing worse than having to find a code in a email, with your hands full at the door.  We appreciate all of the small things Dan thought of to make our stay more enjoyable.
