I have stayed in Dan’s Condo for many years at various times ..This time however was the 1st SUMMER VACATION on the island. I was a bit hesitant on account of the high temps and humidity levels but soon found out I was in the perfect place..sat at the pool..and every evening totally enjoyed a beautiful sunset while sitting on the beach along with a comfortable gulf breeze.
Dan has been our host for all seasons now and he makes it as simple as possible…I have seen many of his upgrades and appreciate the fact that he does not want to disappoint us guests.
This trip I finally made it to the Circus Museum and took a tour of the Ringling Mansion and it’s grounds plus the Art Museum that is located on the property in Sarasota about a 30 min ride.
While the summer months typically do bring the warmest temperatures to Anna Maria Island, many guests find that the usual constant seabreeze brings the “real feel” temperature down quite a bit. Go a few miles inland though, and that is where you really experience the dog days of summer heat we hear about often on the news.
Glad you took time to visit the Ringling Mansion and Circus Museum. This is a crowd favorite for folks who need a half day out of the sun.
