Dan’s Florida Condos (located on beautiful Anna Maria Island Florida) is thrilled to announce our highly anticipated NCAA Basketball Bracket Challenge, and this year, we’re making it easier than ever for everyone to join in on the excitement! What is at stake you ask? A one week stay on Anna Maria Island Florida at one of Dan’s Florida Condos vacation homes!
2024 Winner Announcement
You heard that right – and you don’t need to be a basketball aficionado to have a shot at winning the grand prize. In fact, some of our past winners didn’t know the difference between a layup and a three-pointer! So, whether you’re a die-hard fan or a complete novice when it comes to sports, this challenge is for you.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Grand Prize: The winner of our bracket challenge will receive an incredible prize: one free week at one of Dan’s Florida Condos vacation homes, redeemable between April 19 2025 and December 20, 2025. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved getaway in the sunshine state!
- How to Play: Making your picks is a breeze. You can base your selections on anything from your favorite school colors or mascots to simply copy a friend (or often husbands) bracket in as your own! No need to stress about strategy – just have fun with it and most importantly enter so you have a chance to win big!
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Stumped on your bracket picks? No problem! Feel free to borrow inspiration from a friend or family member’s bracket. After all, sharing is caring!
- Submission Process: To submit your bracket, click here (or the basketball with shades on below) to sign up for an account with CBS Bracketology. You will then be presented with the option to “Join Now” for entry to the “Anna Maria Island NCAA Bracket Challenge”. Follow the instructions to submit your bracket. Brackets must be submitted before the first game tips off on Thursday, March 20th at 12:15 EST.

The private beach access—just steps away—is fully restored to its pre-hurricane beauty, beachfront restaurants and bars are serving up delicious food and tropical drinks, and our little slice of heaven is ready to welcome you.
